Tamiya Ford Focus RS WRC 02

This model was the first race car model from Tamiya I built and now I'm hooked.  The car came with two different decal sets, the number 23 from the Rallye de France  and the number 6 for the Adacrallye Deutschland.  The model also included a driver and navigator but I chose to not use them in the finished model.  I saved them to use in a future model.  The interior has a lot of details including a roll cage, racing seats, spare tire and a fuel cell.  This is a "curbside" model, so no opening hood and no detailed engine compartment.   After completing this model, I decided that I might need to do a whole set of these WRC Cars.

Fujimi Nissan 180SX - 240SX Model

I believe that this kit is out of production but I got it off of eBay for $20.  You can build this kit as a right hand drive 180SX or a left hand drive 240SX.  I built it as a 240SX American version.  This model is a "curb side" model which means that there is no engine detail or opening hood. But in my mind this American version has been converted over to the SR 20 DET Turbo motor of the Japanese Version. The kit was very simple with nice details.  I added the nineties yellow stripe with black fade with the Airbrush.
